Method #1: Pattern Method

Enter your game title: Select Platform: Enter additional info (If needed):

How to download?
Just goto emuparadise and get the rom name as seen below.
If your download doesnt work or your favorite system is greyed out use the gid method

Notes:
For PS1 games and PSX EBoots if provided enter the gameid exa: [SCUS-94426] and disc number (PS1 Only?) exa: (Disc 1) as well
For GBA and DS games you also need to enter the rom release number you can find this lower down on the info page
For Dreamcast games you can use the cdi name or gdi name exa: Download Sega GT (Europe)[DCP] you can find the name further down the page
For Saturn games remove (U), (E), and (J) from the name and make sure you selected the correct region in the dropdown box exa: Puyo Puyo Sun with Japan Region
For MAME roms scroll down to the download link and use the name in the last parenthesis exa: mslug6
For Amiga games please enter the name lower down the page exa: Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis - The Graphic Adventure_Disk1
For Video Game Music please enter the filename lower down the page exa: Conker - Live & Reloaded (2005)(Rare)(Microsoft Game Studios)[XBOX][GENH][WAV]
For NES, SNES, and Genesis Video Game Music just paste the url
For Modeler, Namco System 12 / 22 roms just paste the url
For Comics please remove any starting 0's exa: A Link to the Past - Chapter 1 - Hero's Awakening

Method #2: GID Method

Special thanks to reddit user goomba3210 for this method. Just input the emuparadise link you want to download the roms of and it'll generate a download link. Copy and paste the generated text onto the window where you got the link from
Tip: You can only download from the page it originated from, its supposed to stop hot-linking, also this may not work for everything (seems to not work for guides and such)

Method #3: Googlecache Method

Special thanks to reddit user Mark-Orz and Deepwolf for this method. Just input the emuparadise link you want to download the rom/comics of and it'll generate a googlecached version of it. This is much simplier method than the first one and will work only on for ROMS but for other stuffs such as comics as well. However, it doesn't work 100% so... disclaimer.
Tip: You can use this method to get the url and then use method#1 to download, pretty neat huh?

Method #4: Fullset Method
