These files are mainly to aid in the installation of software with 16-bit
launchers under ReactOS.
| InstallSheild Engine 3.0 - This is the file the 16-bit launcher extracts
from _inst32i.ex_. Place it in a WRITABLE folder with the rest of the installation
files, and run this instead of setup.exe.
