The FreeDOS offline updater is a set of two programs, GENPKGLS and GETPKGS, that are used together to update software packages on a FreeDOS machine that is not connected to the Internet, with the help of a Windows machine.
The Windows machine must have Wget installed, and I recommend FDNPKG installed on the FreeDOS machine.
